48-hour clock
Farm leader first. Agent inside 48 hours. Labour if it is still open — and Labour will contact the farmer. Serious harm skips the queue.
hours
Roster said six days. Payslip shows five. Marie told James the same morning.
Leader matches roster to payslip the same day. A discrepancy must be corrected on the next payslip. If not closed in 48 hours the agent takes it. Labour sees the farm’s hours file, not a private chat.
Past 48 hours — Labour
Payslip is one day short. I spoke to James this morning.
Checking with the packhouse office. Will close today if the hours are found.
welfare
Quiet mood on the morning devotion. Not an emergency. Ask SafeSeason used as a private first room.
Private outlet first. Pastor or counsellor when she is ready. Leader is told only that a welfare flag exists — not the chat. 48 hours to a human if she wants one.
Past 48 hours — Labour
Worker used the private room. No harm stated. Pastor roster offered.
